With over a decade of experience in luxury fashion at renowned brands including Liberty London, Mulberry, NET-A-PORTER, and MATCHES, I've built my career on creating exceptional client experiences and developing high-performing teams.

From traditional shop floor clienteling to pioneering digital innovation in luxury ecommerce, I've experienced the industry from every angle.

Yet despite outward success, I reached a point where something felt missing. Being made redundant in summer 2024 became an unexpected catalyst for change.

Through my own transformative experience with coaching and completing my ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching qualification, I discovered a way to blend my passion for luxury retail with my desire to create deeper impact.
